Order preparation comes first

We begin preparing an authorized order within 1–2 business days. The carrier’s expected journey begins after shipment and usually takes 4–6 business days. The two periods are counted separately; weekends and applicable holidays are outside the business-day estimate.

Checkout determines the route

Enter and review the full US delivery address at checkout. The available shipping service and any charge are calculated for the order there. Carrier or regional conditions can alter an estimate, so the dates shown are not guaranteed arrival commitments.

Follow the tracking record

Address changes and shipment questions

Tell us promptly if an address needs correction, although a change may no longer be possible after fulfillment starts. We use the submitted details and carrier evidence to review loss, delay, delivery, or damage concerns.
