Review the USD total

Store prices use USD unless checkout clearly displays another currency. Checkout shows the card choices available for the particular order. Footer card logos communicate the supported card presentation; they do not represent seven separate test purchases.

Authorization can create a temporary hold

Processing begins only after authorization. A bank or payment service can request verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary hold that is not a completed charge. Confirm the billing details and consult the issuer when a valid card continues to be declined.

Keep credentials inside checkout

Never send a full card number, security code, password, or one-time code in an ordinary support message. Checkout providers process sensitive payment details, while the store uses the resulting order and payment status for fulfillment and support.

Credits take two steps

We process or initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The institution receiving it decides when the credit appears. Use Contact Us if a specific order needs investigation.
